I use an integrative treatment approach in which humanistic and psychodynamic principles guide our treatment, allowing our work together to bring about a deeper understanding of self. I am also certified to provide EMDR Therapy www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr for the treatment of trauma and other related conditions, an evidence-based therapy developed by Francine Shapiro, PhD, as well as the EMDR Flash Technique developed by Philip Manfield, PhD.
