Practice fees for private pay and out-of-network weekly sessions are negotiated prior to treatment.
Insurance
The practice is an out-of-network provider for most insurance carriers. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about reimbursement for outpatient behavioral health services rendered by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is a Board-Certified Diplomate (BCD) and holds the mandatory New York State "R" reimbursement privilege for psychotherapy and counseling services. For those with out-of-network benefits, inquire about the deductibles and reimbursement practices for any given plan. We work mostly out of network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford and private pay patients. We will happily accept those covered by SAG-AFTRA (NYSHIP) and Actor's Equity (Cigna) as they both have low deductibles and cover most of the practice fees.
